Any message sent to the student will go as a push notification to the parents as well as will show as a
notification on their panel.
Parents can see all the messages sent to the student by clicking on the View 'button'.
Parents can send messages to the Institute or teachers by clicking on the Creat 'button'.
Each parent can send up to 10 messages per month.
